EDUjoy

“One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world.”

-Malala

Through our initiative “EDUjoy”, we want to ensure that children from low socio-economic backgrounds receive at least basic education.
Due to lack to awareness, resources and access to information, the underprivileged children are deprived of further education and deserving employment options. They either have to drop out of education system or make do with petty chores for a living.

1 in 4 children of school-going age is out of school in our country – 99 million children in total have dropped out of school. Out of every 100 children, only 32 children finish their school education age-appropriately. 57% of girl students drop out of school by 11th Grade. What do these statistics indicate? There is a need for responsible and accurate counselling for further education as well employment opportunities.

During their formative years, (grades 7–9) when they’re most impressionable and at risk from quitting secondary school, we conduct psychometric tests and counselling sessions with them. This helps us understand their aptitude, interest and personality and accordingly inform them of the career options which is best for them.

We work with intensity, passion and purpose. We empower our children to strive for excellence in a dynamic, fun, equal & inclusive work environment.

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
